Bill Graham, president and CEO of Proponix, has announced the appointment of members of the venture's executive management team. Proponix offers an outsourcing model and state-of-the-art technology that will provide online transaction processing for global trade banks around the world. The company, a joint venture of Bank of Montreal, Barclays Bank, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group ANZ and American Management Systems AMS, plans to open a regional processing hub in Hong Kong in late 2001.
