Park shifts to Deutsche

Deutsche Bank poaches Gregory Park from Calyon to head securitisation for Asia ex-Japan.
Deutsche Bank has brought hired Gregory Park from Calyon to head securitisation for Asia ex-Japan.

Park joins from Calyon where he was head of asset securitisation, responsible for securitisation in the region and structured capital market deals. He has spent 11 years looking at securitisation in the region, across a range of markets and asset classes.

Park will report regionally to Sajid Javid, head of global credit trading for Asia, and globally to Richard D'Albert, global head of the securitised products and CDO group at Deutsche Bank. He will be based in Hong Kong.

Javid says: "Asia's expanding consumer credit and mortgage lending market and strong demand for large-scale equipment and infrastructure finance will help drive growth in the region's securitisation market. Park's extensive experience will benefit those clients looking to securitise assets for balance sheet relief and flexible terms of finance."

Park is a bachelor of arts from Dartmouth College in the US.
