ING Barings has appointed Samuel Webster as head of equity markets in Taiwan.
Webster was formerly Credit Suisse First Boston CSFB head of research for Taiwan. Prior to CSFB, Webster was regional petrochemical analyst for Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia, and Kerry Securities, where he was responsible for setting up the Shanghai branch of the firm.
