Hong Kong's SFC explores cross-listings of ETFs with Saudi Arabia

The SFC's CEO Julia Leung recently visited the head of Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority and Saudi Exchange's CEO, while Saudi Aramco has launched a secondary offering.
