ABN AMRO poaches FIG boss from Barclays

George Koo switches from Barclays Capital, while Dominic Silva takes on a new role.
ABN AMRO has announced two appointments in a move to boost client coverage. George Koo takes on the role of head of financial institutions and public sector, commercial segment, Asia while the man who currently holds that role, Dominic Silva, will assume the new role of head of SME banking in Asia. Both men will be located in the bank's Hong Kong offices.

Koo makes the move to ABN AMRO from Barclays Capital where he was most recently head of the financial institutions group for the region.
