Skadden promotes three to counsel

Duggal, Roach and Lee move up from senior associate roles.

Three senior associates have been appointed counsels by international law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP and Affiliates. The promotions follow the firm's policy of upgrading outstanding associates to counsel positions every May 1.
