China Paper Holdings: The Singapore-listed paper manufacturer appointed Wong Kin Tak financial controller and assistant company secretary on February 23. He replaced Hung Ee Tek Ted who resigned as assistant financial controller on the same day. Wong is responsible for all financial, compliance and company secretarial matters. Wong joins from Zhongxi Certified Public Accountants where he has been a senior consultant since November 2009.
