Hafary Holdings: The Singapore-based tile supplier promoted Jackson Eng Kit Tay to company financial controller on August 24. Tay was the company secretary and was appointed finance manager of Hafary Holdings in June 2009. He will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance operations of the company and will be the point of contact for external auditors and banks.
