The equity capital markets suffered the slowest week so far this year, with only $25 million raised from four issues in the Asia ex-Japan region. The league table rankings remain unchanged with Citi sitting at the top on $4.7 billion from 19 issues, followed by UBS with $3.9 billion and Credit Suisse on $3.7 billion.
Debt Capital Markets
It was another silent week in the debt capital markets with zero trades for the fourth week running. HSBC leads the field in the league table ranking with $2.6 billion, closely followed by Barclays Capital on $2.5 billion and Deutsche Bank with $2.2 billion.
