Recall Holdings has obtained a $1.1 billion five-year revolver through sole bookrunner and mandated lead arranger Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Final allocations saw the lead take $200 million while Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC came in with $200 million apiece as mandated lead arrangers.
