ANV Security Group: The China-headquartered research and development company announced the appointment of Kevin Su as chief financial officer on November 17. He replaced Paul Lau who resigned on November 4. Su has more than 19 years accounting, auditing and finance experience and holds a bachelor degree in accounting.
ASL Marine Holdings: Lilian Tan Yin Yen resigned as group financial controller of the Singapore-based marine services company on November 21. She will officially leave on December 15. The company has already found a replacement and will be announcing the appointment shortly.
China Titanium: The China-based titanium dioxide manufacturer announced the resignation of Iris Ang as CFO on November 21. She will leave the company on December 2 to join another company listed on the Singapore stock exchange. China titanium has not yet announced a replacement for Ang.
Epicentre Holdings: Chua Oi Keng resigned as CFO of the Singapore-based computer distributor on November 25. The company’s finance manager, Jaslyn Chua Soo Fong, assumed Chua’s responsibilities until a replacement is found.
Global Yellow Pages: The Singapore-base multi-platform solutions company announced the resignation of David Cheah Synn-Wei as CFO on November 23. Cheah will leave the company on December 31 and group financial controller Kho Ee Boon will assume his responsibilities until a replacement is found.
Trony Solar Holdings: Eric Chan was announced CFO of the Hong Kong-based thin film solar product and solution provider on November 18. He joined the company in April and replaced Howard Chu who resigned last month. Chan holds a bachelor degree in accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
