Patel gets promoted to regional role at HSBC

Patel takes over as regional head of client management for global payments and cash management, replacing Russel Graham who has left the bank.
The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation has promoted Natasha Patel to regional head of client management for global payments and cash management in Asia-Pacific.

Patel was formerly head of global payments and cash management for HSBC in India, with overall responsibility for customer relationship management. She takes over from Russell Graham who has left the bank.

Patel has over 19 years of banking experience covering cash management, relationship management, sales, and credit for various financial institutions. These include Standard Chartered Bank in India, where she spent 14 years in corporate banking and cash management; Credit Lyonnais India; and American Express Bank. She has also worked with La Compagnie Financiere, Edmond de Rothschild Banque in Paris.

Patel holds a doctorate in French literature from the Sorbonne Nouvelle University of Paris.
