UBS poaches Kenneth Kwok from Deutsche Bank as president, Greater China for the investment bank, responsible for delivering products to its ultra wealthy private bank clients.

Stuart Mackay is appointed head of ECM origination for Asia ex-China and Sam Kendall will return from London to replace him as head of Asia syndicate. The moves follow the resignation last week by Asia ECM head Mark Williams.

James Fleming has been appointed head of ECM syndicate for the Americas at UBS, and will be replaced as head of the Asia equity syndicate desk by Stuart Mackay.
