The sell-down by SK Telecom and SK Networks will create a cleaner group structure. A sharp drop in the share price of SK Holdings erodes the value of the listing candidate, which was to be first Korean IPO with an international tranche this year. International investors are expected to receive only a minor portion of the offering which is part of the restructuring of the SK group.
