Raphael Blot joins Calyon

SG's former head of equity derivatives sales re-surfaces at French rival Calyon.

Raphael Blot has joined Calyon to lead the bankÆs Asia-Pacific equity and fund derivatives sales and marketing teams.

He will be based in Hong Kong and will be responsible for both the Japan team, headed by Hiroyuki Suzuki, and the Asia ex-Japan team, headed by Dickson Cheung.

Blot has 12 years of equity derivatives experience in Asia and was previously head of the Asia ex-Japan sales team at SociTtT GTnTrale, a post he left in February.
