He will be based in Hong Kong and will be responsible for both the Japan team, headed by Hiroyuki Suzuki, and the Asia ex-Japan team, headed by Dickson Cheung.
Blot has 12 years of equity derivatives experience in Asia and was previously head of the Asia ex-Japan sales team at SociTtT GTnTrale, a post he left in February.
