Chunghwa Telecom prices at zero discount

The government and Taiwan Mobile sell a combined 5.96% stake to international investors for $958.8 million.

The Taiwan government has raised $858 million from its latest sell-down of ADRs in Chunghwa Telecommunications after pricing the heavily subscribed deal flat to the prevailing market price.

As part of the same sale, Taiwan Mobile also divested its remaining 0.62% in the countryƆs largest telecom operator, bringing the total deal size to $958.8 million. Together the two vendors sold 5.96% of the company to international investors.
