The equity capital markets ploughed along this week with $757 million raised from seven issues. The usual suspects still dominate the league table rankings û Goldman Sachs sits well ahead in first place with $8.4 billion with UBS and Citigroup taking out the top three.

The $245 million convertible for MalaysiaÆs Berjaya Land was the largest deal of the week and led by AmMerchant Bank and Merrill Lynch. The US investment house sits in eighth place...
