HSBC names Asia-Pacific resources and energy head

HSBC has promoted Bardin Davis to head the resources and energy group for Asia-Pacific, effective immediately, according to an internal memo seen by FinanceAsia.

Davis will continue to hold his current position as head of metals and mining for Asia-Pacific, in addition to the new role.
