Hong Kong-based business law firm, Tanner De Witt, has announced that Karen Cheng Suk Ling will join its corporate and commercial team as a solicitor.
Cheng's practice focuses on banking and finance, corporate and China business transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, pre-acquisition and pre-IPO due diligence. To Tanner De Witt Cheng also brings experience in corporate restructuring, corporate finance, etsbvalishment of foreign investment enterprises and conversion of domestic enterprises to foreign enterprise status in China.
She joins after five months with fellow Hong Kong-based firm Angela Wang & Co. and her appointment strengthens Tanner De Witt's corporate and commercial team to nine members. According to the firm, further additions are expected to this department in the coming months.
