Poulos, who is an experienced financial public relations and investor relations practitioner, has been with Weber Shandwick Worldwide for 10 years. Prior to his most recent appointment, Poulos was senior vice president, Corporate & Investor Relations, based in New York. Prior to this role, he was executive of Shandwick Thailand.
In his new position as regional director Financial Practice, Asia Pacific, Poulos will be responsible for developing key financial practice leads to generate new clients and revenue across the region. He will report Martin Spurrier, chairman, Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
In his role as head of Financial Practice, Singapore, Poulos will be responsible for client development and future growth in the market. He will report to Andrew Pirie, managing director Singapore.
