Allen Kwan blazes a trail to Outblaze

Allen Kwan, most recently an associate with the equity capital markets team of Salomon Smith Barney, has decided to hang up his investment banking spurs and head to the wild world of internet services. Kwan is set to join local Hong Kong internet technology company Outblaze in the capacity of  Senior Vice President of Strategy and Special Projects, and a member of the Executive Management team comprising the CEO, CFO, CTO, COO and himself.
