ING Barings to give Krishnan fairness opinion

A major M&A deal in Malaysia will seek the blessing of a foreign investment bank to ensure transparency.

In a move designed to reflect Malaysia Incs drive to promote confidence in its corporate governance standards, ING Barings has been appointed as the independent financial advisor for Tan Sri Ananda Krishnans latest MA foray.
