Global technology and finance law firm Morrison Foerster MoFo has announced the appointment of Shirley Lau as a counsel in Hong Kong. The appointment will strengthen the firm's multi-jurisdictional capacity and corporate practice in the Hong Kong office. The firm has been involved in the closing of three IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange so far this year and is working on 12 other deals.
