Kwok leaves Standard Chartered

The high-proile KC Kwok returns to the Hong Kong government.

Standard Chartered has lost one of its regional big guns to the governmental sphere, with the departure of its regional chief economist for Northeast Asia. KC Kwok is to return to the Hong Kong SAR government as an economist after working at Standard Chartered since 1991.
