Alpha Crystal Technology signed a NT$2.8 billion five-year credit facility on Wednesday June 15 through a consortium of seven lenders.

Final allocations saw bookrunner Mega International Commercial Bank pledge NT$625 million while Land Bank of Taiwan committed NT$600 million.
