DBS Bank’s Tom McCabe has been appointed chairman of AXS, a subsidiary of the bank, in addition to his current role as managing director and head of global transaction banking services. AXS is a solution provider and operator of the Electronic Service Delivery Network and was incorporated in 2000.
McCabe joined DBS from Standard Chartered where he was global head of product management for transaction banking in January last year.
