Treasury appointments, September 21

Citiseconline.com: Catherine L Ong was appointed chief financial officer, treasurer and senior vice-president of the Philippines-based online stock broker on September 16. Ong was previously the head of operations at Citiseconline.com and resigned from the position on September 13.

CNOOC: The Hong Kong-based developer and producer of petroleum products appointed Zhong Hua CFO on September 16. He replaced Yang Hua who resigned on the same day. Zhong has more than 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and holds a bachelors degree in oil exploitation from Southwest Petroleum Institute and a masters degree in petroleum engineering from Heriot-Watt University.

Eunetworks Group: James Thomas was appointed CFO of the Singapore-listed European date services provider on September 14. He replaced James Brodie, the interim CFO, who joined in March of this year and resigned on August 27. Thomas joins Eunetworks Group from TalkTalk Telecoms Group where he was the finance director. He holds a masters of business administration from Manchester Business School and is a qualified chartered accountant in the UK.

Ouhua Energy Holdings: The Singapore-based importer, processor and distributor of liquefied petroleum gas has accepted the resignation of deputy CFO Xia Jia Ming. Ouhua Energy appointed a new CFO Victor Jia Bin on August 20.

Silver Base Group: Wang Jindong, currently financial controller, will be appointed CFO of the Hong Kong-based liquor distributor on September 25. He will replace Chung Wai Man who will resign as CFO and executive director of the company on the same day. Wang has more than 30 years of accounting and administration experience and holds a bachelors degree from the Guangdong Radio and TV University.
