Linklaters appoints new global head of litigation

Hong Kong-based Marc Harvey will take over from Françoise Lefèvre as head of the firm's global litigation practice.

Linklaters has appointed Hong Kong-based Marc Harvey as head of the firm's global litigation practice. He takes over from Françoise Lefèvre who is returning to full-time client work. 

Harvey is a leading litigation and arbitration practitioner, as well as co-head of the Greater China region at Linklaters.
