Societe Generale appoints Todd Martin Asia equity strategist

French bank Societe Generale creates a new Asia equity strategist position and hires Todd Martin who used to work at CLSA to staff it.

Societe Generale corporate and investment banking has hired Todd Martin for a newly created position as Asia equity strategist based in Hong Kong.

Martin, who has already assumed his new role, will report to Glenn Maguire who is chief economist for Asia. Martin was most recently head of alternative trading strategies at brokerage firm CLSA.
