Hitendra Dave is appointed as sole head of global markets in India following the transfer of co-head Anand Krishnamurthy.
HSBC global banking and markets yesterday appointed Hitendra Dave head of global markets for India. Dave will be responsible for the growth of sales and trading, balance sheet management and the debt financing business in the country.
In July 2006, HSBC appointed Anand Krishnamurthy and Hitendra Dave as co-heads of global markets. At the time, Dave was head of the institutional sales team, responsible for the sale of fixed income, derivative and funding solutions to banks, real money managers and insurance companies.
