Fashion accessory supplier seeks Hong Kong listing

The combined OEM manufacturer and branded retailer is aiming to raise up to $123 million as investor interest in IPOs appears to be returning û albeit slowly.

With Maoye Department Store having successfully completed the first Hong Kong initial public offering in the second quarter last week and E-Land Fashion China half way through its marketing period, another consumption-focused player has decided to take its chances in the search for expansion capital.

Artini China, which designs, manufactures and retails fashion accessories, is a much smaller company than the other two and is seeking to raise no more than HK$621.6 million to HK$960.4 million $80 million...
