Kalikajaros joins Credit Suisse from Merrill

Credit Suisse poaches MerrillÆs head of private clients to run its fledgling private banking business in Australia.

Less than a year after launching its private banking business in Australia, Credit Suisse has appointed a new person to run the division. Nick Kalikajaros is moving over from Merrill Lynch where he was head of the thundering herdÆs global private clients in Australia and New Zealand.

The position becomes effective on October 10, and KalikajarosÆ title is managing director and head of private banking Australia.

Kalikajaros replaces Cedric Davies who left the firm in May after only nine months...
