JC Flowers consortium invests in Shinsei Bank
The US private equity player, along with Swiss Re and Grupo Santander, pays $1.8 billion for a 32.6% stake in the Japanese bank.
Shinsei Bank has announced that it has received a tender offer of Ñ425 $3.80 per share for up to 22.7% of its outstanding common shares, or 358.5 million shares, from a group of US and European investors.
