KPMG corporate finance has made two new appointments to its team in Hong Kong.
Graham Lam joins the firm as director, specializing in equity and equity-related financing, financial advisory, takeovers, and mergers & acquisitions, mainly in the greater China region. Prior to KPMG, Lam worked for a number of investment banks, including ABN Amro HG Asia, Jardine Fleming, Goodwill Capital and CEF Capital.
The other appointee is Daniel Ng, who has just completed a Master of Laws degree at Northwestern University in the US. In his capacity of director, Ng will be specializing in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Ng has over ten years' experience with firms such as Standard Chartered, Bear Stearns and Schroders.
