They also explored alternative sources of financing including private equity buyouts, and the availability of leverage for these deals. Crucially the Summit also addressed the investors’ perspective on publicly traded debt and bank loans, as well as Hong Kong’s role as an offshore RMB centre, and what that means for issuers.
